The origin: a Dutch ISP kitchen

We didn't roll out of a Silicon Valley accelerator. ZelixAI was born in the kitchen of InterIP Networks B.V. — a Dutch internet service provider that has served more than 25,000 clients in the Netherlands and surrounding countries every day since 1999.

InterIP has been building critical infrastructure for a quarter century — domain registrations, web hosting, server maintenance, firewalls, VPNs, end-to-end encrypted connections — for people who cannot afford anything to break. ZelixAI was born from that discipline.

InterIP is not just our founder — also our infrastructure partner. Our servers, firewalls and encrypted connections are fully managed in-house, on Dutch hardware, by one team of experts.

Not as an experiment. As a necessity.

What we build, and why it threatens the competition

While the market is still debating whether AI is "safe enough" for customer service, we are rolling it out. On Dutch hardware. With local privacy LLMs. With voice servers that never send a single byte to an American cloud.

Under the hood we are developing — together with the InterIP team — an AI architecture that in 2026 will also power InterIP's own customer panel. What that platform will do for the web hosting and domain registration industry is in line with what ZelixAI does now for AI customer support: reinventing an industry without sacrificing its privacy foundations.
